With your consent, we use contact details, preferences and campaign source to respond to your enquiry (by phone, email or WhatsApp) and prioritise sales follow-up. We share your enquiry with Prime Invest, the Isla Bela sales team. Google Cloud and HubSpot provide hosting and CRM; processing outside the EEA may occur under the safeguards in their data protection terms. We keep your enquiry while handling it and afterwards only for necessary legal periods. Withdraw consent or request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability at jared@mestral.ventures. You may complain to the AEPD (aepd.es). Required details are needed to handle your enquiry. Preference-based prioritisation does not decide access to a home. This consent does not subscribe you to marketing campaigns. Video calls: if you book a video call with the sales team, Google Meet (Google Workspace) automatically creates a summary and a transcript of the conversation so we can follow up on your enquiry. Meet shows this on screen during the call. They are stored in the sales team’s Google Workspace account, are not shared with third parties and are kept only for as long as the sales follow-up lasts. When you submit an enquiry we share with Meta Platforms Ireland your email and phone in hashed form, together with the ad identifier, only to measure and improve our campaigns (Conversions API, legitimate interest). Real-estate agencies (business contacts)
The details you submit are used, with your consent, to manage your partnership request and related meetings. They are stored in our CRM and HubSpot and shared with Prime Invest to handle your request. You are not automatically enrolled in prospecting campaigns. You can withdraw consent by contacting us.
RISETECH SOLUTIONS, S.L., tax ID B56955339, also processes the business contact details that real-estate agencies publish on their own website or Google Business profile (company name, generic or professional email, phone and website) to propose a commercial collaboration on the Isla Bela development, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We send only a few messages; each one includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we stop as soon as you reply or object. Replies may be shared with Prime Invest, the Isla Bela sales team, and recorded in HubSpot. We keep these details while the collaboration is relevant and for no more than 24 months after the last contact, and we keep a suppression record so that we never write to you again after you opt out.
